Andrew Crecelius serves as Director of Strategy Global Initiatives for the regional economic development business unit of the Indy Chamber, the Indy Partnership. In his role, he supports data-driven strategy development and international trade and investment promotion for the region. He previously served as Manager of Business Intelligence for the organization, supporting expanded access to and analysis of data. Before joining the Chamber, he worked as a Senior Project Consultant for a national economic development consulting firm, where he managed multiple research and strategic planning projects across the country. Prior to that, he managed a federal economic-incentive program across central Indiana, providing access to import-based benefits for businesses and assisting economic development organizations with trade-related research. He earned a Bachelor’s in International Studies from St. Louis University, in Madrid, Spain, and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in International Business from Butler University, in Indianapolis, Indiana. He is an active volunteer and has served on numerous boards and committees involved in homelessness prevention, fair housing, community and economic development, international development, and fair trade.
