Jason has over 25 years of experience in and around the healthcare and service industries serving various roles in the areas of government affairs, clinical management, business development, administration, and as entrepreneur. Jason founded and launched multiple concierge medical practices in Indiana, Illinois, and Florida. Jason oversaw the development and implementation of strategy relating to office environment, marketing, public relations, sales, referral network creation, and operational protocol. Jason has held various positions with The Agatston Center for Private Medicine, Baptist Health South Florida, Priority 1 Health, Camelot Concierge, and St. Vincent Hospital of Indianapolis. He also held positions with KPRS Capital, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Innovative Medical Devices, Office of the Vice President, and Hudson Institute.
Jason has been involved in leadership roles with Branches of South Florida, Big Brothers Big Sisters, The Rod Fasone Memorial Cancer Research Fund, and Butler University’s Career Advisory Board. Randolph also serves as Trustees Chair for First United Methodist Church of Miami.
Randolph is a founding partner of Service One Miami and Sterile USA located in Miami. He is responsible for developing and implementing the overall strategic vision and developing and refining products yielding value to clientele.
