Mr. Arredondo is the founder of Vision Accounting Group, LLC. With extensive experience in public accounting, and private industry, Vision Accounting Group provides compliance to C and S Corporations, limited liability companies, not-for-profit organizations, estates, trust, and individuals. Vision Accounting niche is working with tightly-held and emerging businesses, including construction industry, real estate, and retail.
Vision Accounting has worked on financial statement design and implementation, along with business strategy and process improvements. The firm has consulted on entity structure, tax planning and compliance, IRS audit/examination resolution, litigation support, and project financing.
Mr. Arredondo started his career at Eli Lilly & Company as a financial analyst for the Capital Controllership and Audit group. He worked with Lilly’s affiliates conducting vendor audits and implementing internal controls for SOX compliance. Later worked at Katz, Sapper & Miller LLP and joined the audit and tax advisory group, auditing and reviewing construction suppliers, trucking companies, real estate companies, corporate benefits plans and not-for-profit organizations. In addition prepared corporate tax returns, partnership returns, 990 tax return, trust, and individual returns.
Mr. Arredondo later became the Director of Finance and Procurement of Poster Display where he executed corporate level activities involving economic value add (EVA) analysis, capital expenditure analysis, project management, budget execution, and information systems. A few years later Mr. Arredondo became the Vice President of Pedcor Companies, where he assisted the month end process for the consolidated financial statements. Prepared and paid subcontractor pursuant to construction AIA documents.
Furthermore, Mr. Arredondo became the CFO of One View a technology company tailored to the automotive industry. Responsible for implementation of internal controls, financial reporting and compliance. During this time, he prepared numerous EBITDA valuation of the company as the company was in continue talks of a buy-out and/or merger.
Active in the community, Mr. Arredondo has been part of various not-for-profit boards. Previous experience, he was appointed the finance chair for Imagine Life Science Academy Charter School.
Mr. Arredondo received his B.A in Accounting and Spanish from Butler University. Mr. Arredondo received his Certified Public Accountant designation in 2010 and his Chartered Global Management Accountant in 2015. He is a member of the American Institute of Public Accountant.
